i mean, there were a lot of really nice dresses to choose from, especially for a wedding. The sizing was a little hit or miss, but overall I found some great options

I bought a dress from Phase Eight for a wedding and was pleased with it. It was sorta more than I’d usually spend, but the fabric felt nice and the fit made it feel like good value.
Delivery was totally fine, and the dress looked like it did in the photos, which is always a relief. I’d probably buy from them again, especially if there’s a sale on.

I do really like a lot of Phase Eight’s clothes, but the stock situation can be a bit annoying. It’s not even about things being sold out sometimes, I get that happens, it’s more when sizes disappear really quickly or something shows as available online and then it’s gone once you actually click through. I did eventually manage to get the dress I wanted, but only because I kept checking back. Not a terrible experience, just wish the availability was a bit more reliable

I had to return an item, I think it was last Tuesday or maybe the week before, and it was no hassle at all. The process was quick, everything got sorted fast, and I didn’t have to chase anyone up.

I also had to tap a few times just to change the size. It made shopping feel like way more work than it should be.

I ordered a dress from Phase Eight and wasn’t totally sure what size to go for, as I usually sit somewhere between a 12 and 14 depending on the brand.
I went with the 14 after looking at the size guide, and compared with some other dresses I’ve bought recently, this one felt much more true to size. It fit nicely around the waist without feeling tight, and the shoulders sat properly too. The length was good on me as well, and I’m 5’6.
I’d definitely order from them again. The only thing I’d have liked is a bit more detail about how much stretch the fabric has, as that usually makes a big difference for me when choosing between sizes.
