The customer service at the Buchanan Galleries Store in Glasgow is excellent. This is my second visit in just a couple of months to find an occasion dress, and the staff have been absolutely fantastic. I did encounter an issue with the dress I found, as the zip was sticking, but the staff were able to resolve it. 😊

"This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!"
I had an issue with two tops - after washing, I couldn't get the collars to flatten. Initially, I reached out to the Chat support, but after a few exchanges, the agent informed me that she couldn't assist and abruptly ended the conversation. Frustrated, I then contacted Customer Service, who acknowledged that the Chat experience was unacceptable. They requested more details, which I provided. Unfortunately, their response was no better, as they suggested I seek a seamstress to steam the collars. It seems they frequently recommend this solution to others as well. It's outrageous that I spent over £100 on these items, only to be told I have to pay to fix them! I find this situation unbelievable. Needless to say, I will not be making any future purchases from them.

I received a defective dress that was already sold out online. I want to express my gratitude to Lauren from the St Albans shop for going above and beyond to try and locate another one for me. She called me back the next day and although she couldn't find one, she was genuinely disappointed. However, in the meantime, it seems that someone must have returned one and I was able to order it online. I am extremely grateful to the staff on the live chat, Milla and Amanda, for their excellent assistance in resolving the issue.

"The staff was extremely helpful and…"
The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. They managed to locate several dresses in my size from the store's inventory, which were not on display. Additionally, they attentively listened to my preferences regarding dress styles that I wanted to purchase. I am so satisfied with their service that I plan on returning for my next two events.

"A new store has opened!"
I was incredibly thrilled when I found out that the Milton Keynes branch was reopening in our shopping centre after being closed due to relocation. It was such a delight to see the staff again, who were extremely friendly and helpful as always. They are always willing to search for the size you desire if it's not on display, and they are more than happy to provide advice if you're unsure. The new store is absolutely lovely, easily three times the size of the previous one. It's definitely worth a visit, even if you just want to browse, but I'm certain you won't be able to resist making a purchase.

"Return Process I recently had to return a product that I purchased online, and I must say that the return process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and efficient. Firstly, I contacted the customer service team to inform them about my intention to return the item. The representative I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and they provided me with clear instructions on how to proceed. They also assured me that the return would be processed promptly"
I made a purchase at the Phase 8 store on George St., Edinburgh on 2 July, just before they closed the store. After that, I left the country for three weeks and planned to return the items when I came back. However, I found out that the store had closed earlier than I was told.

Since I couldn't return my purchases to John Lewis, I contacted P-8 customer service and spoke with Amanda. I was worried because I was close to the time limit stated in the return policy, and I wasn't sure if I would be able to make the return. Amanda was extremely professional and helpful, and she reassured me that I was still within the required timeframe for the return. Thank you so much, Amanda!

"The zipper is of very low quality and the customer service is extremely unsatisfactory."
The customer service at Phase Eight is extremely poor. After wearing the jumpsuit I purchased for over £130 only three times, the zipper broke while I was at a staff conference, causing me great embarrassment. I reached out to Phase Eight customer service and received the following response:

Thank you for contacting us. I hope you are enjoying your weekend.

I apologize for the damage to your jumpsuit and understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the item for a refund or repair due to the time that has passed since the order was placed.

I realize that this is not the resolution you were hoping for. To ensure that you can still wear your jumpsuit, we suggest contacting a local seamstress to see if it can be repaired.

Once again, I am sincerely sorry for any additional disappointment this may cause. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

"Lovely shop! The sales assistant was extremely helpful and attentive."
The shop was absolutely lovely, and the sales assistant provided exceptional assistance. They were incredibly helpful, and the shop itself was nice and clean. The dresses available were beautiful, and I was able to find a gorgeous zita dress with a belt and lattice top.

"The styles are excellent, with a fabulous selection that provides a truly feel-good experience."
The clothing, specifically an ensemble for a wedding, was absolutely perfect. I was drawn to and purchased a pair of summer trousers that are simply fantastic. The staff members were attentive and accommodating without being intrusive. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely return in the future.

"I haven't attended a wedding as a guest in quite some time."
I haven't attended a wedding as a guest in a long time, so I was concerned about finding a dress. However, my worries were unnecessary. The kind lady at the Worcester store recommended a few dresses for me to try on and continuously checked on me throughout my visit. I found a dress that fit perfectly and I was extremely pleased with the relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, she reminded me about my birthday discount when it came time to pay.

A few days later, I returned to purchase a beautiful navy clutch bag. Once again, the service was warm, friendly, and helpful.

I am incredibly grateful for the personal assistance provided. It truly makes shopping a positive experience, and I absolutely adore my outfit!
